About My Practice
I maintained an on again, off again relationship with Yoga for many years. Always knowing that linking the breath to movement was a powerful practice. In 2016 that nearly 15-year flirtation became my passion. With a 300-hour certification I understand the benefits of meditation, leading a peaceful life and having fun.
This is truly what inspire my teaching. I hope to bring this same type of joy to those I am able to share the practice with.
Private Client Session
Personalized, one on one yoga session. This time will be spent focusing on your personal needs and goals to begin or enhance your yoga journey.
Duration of this class is variable based on client needs. By appointment only.
Semi Private Session
Small group focused class, personalized to the group. Typically 2 to 4 individuals.
We will spend time focusing on breathing and centering for a moving the body.
Duration is based on client needs and made by appointment.
Get a group together for a fun event! I will work with you to design a class that suits your wants and needs. Sports teams, employee engagement and more!
Public Group Exercise classes
This is a great opportunity to mingle and participate in a multi-experience level group fitness class. I instruct these classes based out of multiple facilities. Refer to my social media pages to find me!
